Due to non-existence of the debtor – creditor relationship between bank and customer (suppliers of funds), the relationship can be viewed as agent and principal, entrepreneur and investor, custodian and depositor and partners in joint investment project.
The relationship of bank and the user of funds can be principal and agent, vendor and purchaser, investor and entrepreneur, lessor and lessee, transferor and transferee and partners in projects.
