United Kingdom Intellectual Property Law - Withdrawal of the UK from the EU
The link between EU and UK IP rights has to be reviewed in light of Brexit. Due to the fact that many of their clients are global corporations or at least operate within the EU, UK lawyers will still need to be familiar with EU intellectual property procedures.
