Islamic Finance - stakeholders in shariah compliance
Islamic financial activity must operate in accordance with Shari'ah principles. Shari'ah compliance affects a wide range of stakeholders, including regulators, shareholders, a bank's management, clients, and the general public. The attainment of Shari'ah compliance in any given IFI is in the interests of these stakeholders, both directly and indirectly.
