Differential diagnosis of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome:
-angina pectoris ( left sided pain) -colles fracture -distal radius fracture -lunate dislocation -ulnar nerve entrapment at the wrist -multiple sclerosis -syringomyelia -mononeuritis multiplex such as diabetes mellitus -pronator teres syndrome ( median nerve entrapment at the level of pronator teres) -C6 or C7 cervical radiculopathy -brachial plexus neuropathy
