-pregnancy -vaginal agenesis -absent uterus -atrophic endometrium -imperfect hymen -complete androgen resistance ( testicular feminization) -testosterone synthesis defect -rare ovarian enzyme deficiencies -autoimmune ovarian failure -gonadal dysgenesis such as Turner Syndrome -androgenic steroids -ovarian tumor -polycystic ovary syndrome -adrenal tumor -adrenal hyperplasia -craniopharyngioma -GnRH or gonadotrophin deficiency -Kallman Syndrome -Cushing’s Syndrome -hypothyroidism -anorexia nervosa -hypothalamic amenorrhea such as stress, weight change or exercise -pituitary tumor -idiopathic delayed puberty
