-lymphatic obstruction such as carcinoid, tuberculosis, carcinoid, mycobacterium avium complex, sarcoidosis, retroperitoneal fibrosis, kaposi’s sarcoma
-celiac sprue, tropical spure, Whipple’s disease, small bowel resection, eosinophilic gastroenteritis
