-intracranial mass -optic neuritis -scleritis -episcleritis -uveitis -ophthalmic zoster -temporal giant cell arteritis -migraine -cluster headache -sinusitis -decreasing tearing such as age related, anticholinergics and Sjogren syndrome, -dacryocystitis / lacrimal sac infection -inverted eyelash / entropion -eyelid disorder such as chalazion, hordeolum, blepharitis -ultraviolet actinic keratitis -orbital cellulitis -periorbital cellulitis -acute glaucoma -trauma -keratitis/ corneal ulcer or inflammation such as herpes simplex -foreign body -corneal abrasion -viral or bacterial meningitis
