-menses -radiation cystitis -chemical cystitis such as cyclophosphamide -atrophic vaginitis -medullary sponge kidney -interstitial nephritis -renal infarction -papillary necrosis such as NSAIDS overuse, diabetes mellitus, sickle cell trait or sickle cell disease -prostate cancer -anticoagulant use -polycystic kidney disease -glomerulonephritis such as IgA nephropathy -transitional cell carcinoma such as urethra, ureter, renal pelvis, bladder -renal cell carcinoma -benign prostatic hyperplasia (microscopic hematuria) -urinary calculi -cystitis
