-idiopathic -androgenic insensitivity -myotonic dystrophy -lymphoma -testicular torsion -testicular trauma -uremia -autoimmune -cancer chemotherapy -radiation therapy -orchitis such as mumps, gonorrhea, leprosy, tuberculosis -Klinefelter syndrome -male climacteric / andropause or male menopause -Prader Willi Syndrome -Kallmann syndrome -malnutrition -serious illness -cirrhosis -anorexia nervosa -drugs such as alcohol, intrathecal opioids, cimetidine, phenytoin, spironolactone, ketoconazole -GnRH agonist therapy such as leuprolide -estrogen secreting tumor / testicular tumor or adrenal tumor -hemochromatosis -hyperprolactinemia -hypothyroidism -Cushing’s syndrome -hypopituitarism such as pituitary adenoma
