Differential diagnosis of primary hyperaldosteronism:
-excessive European licorice ingestion
-renal vascular hypertension
-hypokalemic periodic paralysis
-congestive adrenal hyperplasia
-hypokalemia due to other causes such diuretics
-secondary hyperaldosteronism due to heart failure or dehydration
