​What is Pathology - What are the most important inflammatory mediators derived from plasma? Proteases from one of several interconnected systems activated by Hageman factor (clotting factor XII) are the most prominent mediators of inflammation:
 a)Kinin system: Kallikrein and bradykinin are produced as a result of this. Kallikrein has the ability to activate Hageman factor and may play a role in the enzymatic cascade's autocatalytic proliferation.
 b) Clotting system: The intrinsic clotting pathway results in the synthesis of fibrin.  c) Fibrinolysis system: When plasminogen is converted to plasmin, fibrin is lysed, and the complement cascade is activated. 
d)Complement system: This entails the activation of complement proteins C1 to C9, as well as their activators and inhibitors, in a sequential order.
